Set in a beautiful country setting, surrounded by a bubbling brook that outlines the entire property, The Fir Valley Pour House in Colton, Oregon is a newly renovated destination that caters to anything your heart desires.

We are a family friendly restaurant and bar that caters to anyone of any age who wants to sit and chat with a friend, have dinner as a whole family, or just pull up a bar stool listen to music and just relax at any time of the day.

We will be an American style restaurant serving homestyle comfort food with long standing family recipes that have been passed down and perfected to share with our community. We will have a small but consistent menu that caters to everyone's taste buds. This will be followed up with delicious and fresh daily food and drink specials. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or dinner we will have various menu items for anytime of the day.

The Pour House will be a positively charged atmosphere, with amazing happy hour specials, great service, well-made drinks, and welcoming to anyone in a group or by themselves. Our amazing outdoor venue will provide live music, games, social events, and weddings. With lavish foliage and a custom stage. We are your one stop destination to the best time of your life.

The Fir Valley Pour House will officially be open for business 11:00 am Friday, December 1st, 2023

We know that this day has been long awaited, heavily anticipated, and we cannot wait to open our doors to our community! Through the support of our friends, family, community, and so many local businesses. They all have donated time and have worked endlessly to make sure that we are providing the highest quality of atmosphere, customer service, and food the moment we open.

To everyone that has followed along and been patient as we have navigated the windy road. We all understand those classic Oregon construction stops in order to get here!

Our new Chef, Colton born and raised, has very fond memories of coming to the Fir Valley as a child. He is beyond excited to be a part of bringing back the old Fir values. He will be releasing seasonal menus every quarter to create the freshest ingredients, innovative food items, and keeping everyone excited about our true Oregon 4 seasons. We have been so blessed to have someone with such amazing talent and memories of how it used to be to start out this adventure!
